Pricing: Due to print lead times, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. AIS cannot anticipate price increases that manufacturers impose throughout the year, which lead to increased retail pricing. Product specification availability and pricing are all subject to change without notice. 

Credit Card Orders: In order to protect our customers against credit card fraud, all credit card purchases are subject to full verification. Alcohol Injection Systems, LLC reserves the rights to request by fax a photo ID along with a completed and signed authorization form to verify the charges placed on your credit card are authorized before shipping any products. Only extreme cases will require this measure to be taken, however, credit card fraud does occur and we want to protect ourselves, as well as our customers.

AIS DISCLAIMS AND BUYER, BY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS HEREBY WAIVES, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES. 

AIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR OBLIGATED UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR (A) ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE AGGREGATE FEES PAID TO IT OR (B) FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, WHATSOEVER. 

BUYER HEREBY AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CHOICE OF LAW RULES. THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ANY PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE THE COMPETENT COURTS OF THE STATE OF OHIO. 

THE ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS SOLD SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE BUYERS' ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS ARTICULATED HEREIN.
