Quick Jetting Guide:

100% water target 8-10% of fuel flow
50/50 mix target 15–20% of fuel flow
100% methanol target 20–30% of fuel flow

If you don't know fuel flow you can do the following.

Horsepower @ crank x .6  = CC jetting (pure water)
Horsepower @ crank x 1.2 = CC jetting (50/50 mix)
Horsepower @ crank x 1.5-2.0 = CC jetting (pure methanol)

For example. 1000 horsepower. You would use 600cc pure water, 1200cc 50/50 mix and between 1500-2000cc pure methanol. Keep in mind these are figures to start with and do not take into consideration all the variables that we have found to affect jetting size. There are many other variables to consider. To File A Warranty Claim:

If you believe you have received a defective part or experienced a part failure that should be covered under warranty, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Call customer service at (801) 447-2559 to discuss the problem, possible solutions and if warranty return deemed necessary obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 2. Mail your warrantied part(s) to the address below. Make sure to include the following. RMA# on the outside of the box Dated proof of purchase Name, phone number, email, address, reason for return.

Step 5. ProMeth will at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product while notifying the customer of its findings. If any ProMeth product is determined defective, buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good.
