LESS ENGINE KNOCK MORE BOOST - It’s becoming more obvious than ever before that our fuel, pump gas, is limiting the performance potential of our engines. As car manufactures reduce the displacement of engines and turbochargers are used to increase the engines output, today’s engines operate on the borderline between optimal efficiency and detonation. Our fuel is being pushed to its limits and struggling to support a combustion process free of engine knock, limiting us from running higher levels of boost and achieving the greater performance potential our engines are capable of. Water methanol injection immediately lifts the performance boundaries of pump gas and is becoming a common technique in today’s times for controlling engine knock, allowing for higher levels of boost and greater performance from our engines. The advantages and benefits of adding a direct port methanol injection system to the VW/Audi 2.0 engines don’t stop there.

ELIMINATE CARBON BUILD UP - VW/Audi direct injection engines are prone to carbon build up on the backside of the intake valves. The main reason is that fuel and added detergents are not hitting the back of the intake valves as you have with port injection. By injecting the fuel directly into the cylinder instead of at the back of the valve, the gasoline and detergents can’t clean the valve and port. Carbon is allowed to build up and can lead to an assortment of issues such as idle and drivability problems, loss of power, poor fuel economy, hard starts and misfire codes. Direct port water methanol injection solves this problem and is extremely effective at removing carbon build up on the backside of the intake valves and preventing future build up from occurring.

MORE FUEL MORE POWER - Performance enthusiasts looking to make more power know engines can quickly run out of fuel, limiting them from reaching higher levels of performance. Adding direct port methanol injection can provide an extra 25% increase in additional fuel enrichment raising the ceiling and ability to make a more horsepower vs the factory fuel system alone.

    ProMeth is a company built on Customer Satisfaction and Service.  If you are not completely satisfied with a product that you have purchased from ProMeth, you may return the new, unused part within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund, exchange or store credit. 15% restock fee applies.

    To Make A Return:

    Step 1. Call customer service at (801) 447-2559 to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA will be emailed to the customer.

    Step 2. Mail your item(s) along with your RMA, original receipt and contact info (Name, phone number, email, address, and reason for return) to the address below.

    Step 3. Once we receive the item(s) we will contact you by phone and or email letting you know we not only received your returned goods but that they are in acceptable condition for return. At that time we will allow you to determine your choice of refund, exchange or store credit.

    • Returns must be handled directly with ProMeth and or dealers.
    • You are the original purchaser and can provide proof of purchase. 
    • The items were purchased new from ProMeth or authorized ProMeth dealer.
    • All returns must be authorized before returning an item.
    • Items are unused in original packaging.
    • No returns on build-to-suit orders (custom configured orders) 
    • No returns on used items.

    Warranty & Conditions:

    ProMeth is a company built on providing high quality water methanol injection products. All ProMeth water methanol injection systems/kits are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. All ProMeth water methanol injection parts/components sold individually are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.

    To File A Warranty Claim:

    If you believe you have received a defective part or experienced a part failure that should be covered under warranty, please follow the steps below.

    Step 1. Call customer service at (801) 447-2559 to discuss the problem, possible solutions and if warranty return deemed necessary obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Step 2. Mail your warrantied part(s) to the address below. Make sure to include the following. RMA# on the outside of the box Dated proof of purchase Name, phone number, email, address, reason for return.

    Step 3. ProMeth will notify you by phone and or email letting you know that we have received your warrantied parts and that they were received in acceptable condition for return and warranty evaluation.

    Step 4. ProMeth will evaluate the product to determine if the failure resulted from a defect or from abuse, improper installation, misapplication or alteration.

    Step 5. ProMeth will at its sole discretion return, repair or replace the product while notifying the customer of its findings. If any ProMeth product is determined defective, buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited in value to the sale price of the good.

    Terms & Conditions For Warranty

    • 3 year warranty on purchase of systems/kits.
    • 1 year warranty on purchase of individual components/parts.
    • You are the original purchaser and can provide dated proof of purchase.
    • The items were purchased new from ProMeth or authorized ProMeth dealer.
    • Warranty must be filed within 3 years from date of purchase for kits/systems and within 90 days for purchase of parts.
    • Warranties must be handled directly with ProMeth and not its dealers.
    • All warranties must be authorized and receive an RMA# before returning an item.
    • RMA# must be displayed on the outside of the package containing the returned part.
    • Unauthorized returns or packages that do not have an RMA# displayed on the outside of the package are not accepted and will be returned to customer.
    • We are not responsible for loss or damaged goods being returned.
    • All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer
    • In no event shall ProMeth be liable for incidental or consequential damages
